AsGUARD Clear+ Film Island Dressing is a waterproof polyurethane film, that provides a low adherent and breathable absorbent pad, permeable to moisture. It is suitable wounds with a low level of exudate, minor wounds and post- operative for fragile skin.

The AsGUARD® Clear+ Film Island Dressing is a low adherent pad for maximal comfort and absorbency while being gentle on the skin with minimal pain on removal.
It is ideal for use on difficult areas to dress, since its flexibility contours against the skin comfortably.
This wound dressing is water and also infection resistant, with its impermeability protecting the wound site against infections.

Due to the nature of our products as medical consumables, we operate a strict returns policy. Clothing items may be returned, and other products may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis (for example, damaged or faulty goods). Any approved return must be sent back at the customer's cost, in its original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, we will advise whether a refund or replacement will be provided. If a replacement product differs from the original item ordered, additional charges may apply.
