Standard Delivery Times

We use NZ Couriers as our delivery partner.

  • North Island: 2–3 working days
  • South Island: 3–5 working days
  • Rural deliveries: Please allow an additional working day

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by weather events, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.Our aim is to dispatch all orders on the same business day they are received. Stock Availability

Approximately 95% of products listed on our website are held in stock. However, from time to time a product may sell out before inventory levels are updated. In these circumstances, replacement stock is typically received within 1–3 weeks. We will fulfil your order as soon as the product arrives. Should there be an extended delay beyond this timeframe, we will contact you to discuss available options, including a suitable substitute product or a full refund. Please note that extended delays are rare.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products as medical consumables, we operate a strict returns policy. Clothing items may be returned, and other products may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis (for example, damaged or faulty goods). Any approved return must be sent back at the customer's cost, in its original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, we will advise whether a refund or replacement will be provided. If a replacement product differs from the original item ordered, additional charges may apply.

Order Cancellations

Please order carefully. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot guarantee that requests to cancel or amend an order can be actioned in time. While we will do our best to assist, orders may already have been packed and dispatched before we receive or respond to your enquiry.
